As a Manager Controlling Subsidiaries, you focus on Operational Financial Logistics and align and implement transfer price policies with business forecasts based on pre-defined Key Performance Indicators.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • In this role, you analyze the profit situation and align with the global Operations Units (OPU) and Corporate Department Taxation.
  • As an Expert, you define the intercompany pricing for your countries of responsibility together with stakeholders. 
  • With your deep knowledge in different finance and tax topics, you update and settle the intercompany contracts to meet internal and external regulations.
  • Within tax audits, colleagues and external inspectors can count your specific knowledge and experience.


  • Diploma or master´s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
  • Solid Finance and Controlling background with comprehensive knowledge in tax, transfer pricing, business analytics, financial planning and managerial and financial accounting
  • Proficiency in financial IT applications and strong technical skills
  • Outstanding analytical, process and conceptual thinking skills as well as business acumen
  • Excellent English capacities are needed
