As an Intern - Listing & Issuer Services you will have the excellent opportunity to explore capital market dynamics and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company. Within Deutsche Börse Group Issuer Relations is responsible for assisting companies before and after a stock market listing and associated sales and marketing initiatives (e.g. road shows, sector conferences and the German Equity Forum) with investors and investment banks to promote listing and trades on the Frankfurter Stock Exchange. Furthermore, the department is responsible for the (further) development of the entry, general and prime standard market segments as well as products (e.g. REITs) for the cash market. Therefore a confident manner as well as excellent relations with issuers, investors and intermediates are absolutely essential. You will be actively taking part in our process, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.

Your responsibilities
Support projects with regards to entry, general and prime standards segments
Preparation of customer events with issuers and Deutsche Börse listing partners (German Equity Forum, workshops, etc.)
Assist in acquisition and support of IPO candidates and listed companies (key account management)
Creation of PowerPoint presentations
(Internet-) Research as well as administration of customer data base
Datenbankpflege (MS-Access)

Our requirements
Students must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during their internship
Students who will apply for an internship must have completed at least the first 2 years of their university studies
Strong interest in capital- and stock markets
Ability to work on your own and good organisational skills
Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
A competent handling of MS-Office applications, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Knowledge in SAP and MS-Access will be an advantage
