As an Intern - Human Ressources you will have the excellent opportunity to explore capital market dynamics and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company. The department Personnel Services attends and advices the employees of the Group Deutsche Börse from start date to termination date. In your position as a trainee you will support the personnel manager in daily business and project tasks. You will be actively taking part in our process, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.
Your responsibilities
 | Support in assisting employees in all inquires regarding personal services |
 | Support in the creation of contracts and references |
 | Support in internal and external correspondence |
 | Preparatory tasks for the salary statement |
Our requirements
 | Students must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during their internship |
 | Minimum of two successfully completed semesters of undergraduate studies (Vordiplom, BAC+2) |
 | Proficiency in written and spoken German and English |
 | A competent handling of MS-Office applications |
 | First experience in the area of Human Resources desirable |
