As an intern in Recruitment & Campus Marketing you will have the excellent opportunity to explore capital market dynamics and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company. The recruitment team of the section Human Resources Germany designs and carries out all recruitment and personnel marketing activities for the Deutsche Börse Group. The recruitment team's aim is to attract high-level applicants and to strengthen the appeal of the Deutsche Börse Group as an employer on the job market. You will be actively taking part in our process, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.

Your responsibilities
Support of the entire recruiting process
Correspondence with applicants and departments as well as coordination of job interviews
Support of the applicants hotline in German and English
Involvement in planning, organising and carrying out the "Go Exchange" program (visits from groups of different universities at Deutsche Börse)
Various tasks in the field of campus marketing
Coordination of Deutsche Börse Group's internship program

Our requirements
Students must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during their internship
Students who will apply for an internship must have completed at least the first year of their university studies
Ideally first knowledge in Human Resources topics through internships or university coursework
Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
Competent handling of MS-Office applications
Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team
Self-motivated and independent manner of work
