As an Intern - Events you will have the excellent opportunity to explore capital market dynamics and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company. The events department organises and realises all events held by Deutsche Börse Group, develops advertising material and supervises the visitors gallery of Deutsche Börse. During an internship in this department, you will have the excellent opportunity to gain an insight into the different working areas of the team. You will be actively taking part in our process, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.

Your responsibilities
Research duties regarding locations for marketing-events and advertising material
Support in the conception, organisation, realisation and on-site guest support of marketing events
Participant management (handling of mailing invitations, invitation returns, providing name tags, etc.)
Planning and organising smaller events independently
Administrative tasks

Our requirements
Students must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during their internship
Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
A competent handling of MS-Office applications (especially Word and Excel)
Dedication and ability to work in a team
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Flexibility
