Throughout the year Henkel offers an internship for a period of 3 to 6 months in the Subsidiary Controlling department that is responsible for the correct group reporting of our affiliated companies, their optimal financing, business valuations, as well as other projects. In this department, we are looking for a highly motivated students interested to work within a fast pace business environment.

What we offer

  • Opportunity to manage controlling-related projects, deploy financial strategy of the group at the Affiliated Company-level, assist M&A projects or solve accounting topics with regard to International Financial Reporting Standards
  • Involvement in external and internal reporting processes, e.g. performing financial analyses
  • A full integration in our team and the opportunity to get to know the daily business at Henkel
  • Monthly salary of 800 – 1000 €, with a bonus up to 30% of the accumulated gross salary, depending on the performance.

Who we are looking for

  • Student that has successfully passed first semesters of studies focused on accounting (especially IFRS), controlling, finance, or auditing
  • Fluent English language skills, German language is beneficial
  • Profound knowledge in MS-Office applications.
  • Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is favorable
  • An open-minded, flexible and self-employed team player with strong conceptual and analytical skills
