  • Execute / oversee operational and back-office tasks related to internation aircraft oversight service and the local sales office  
  • Support management in maintaining planning, revenue accounting and controlling processes  
  • Coordinate staff travel to Boeing and Airbus locations incl. duty travel arrangements 
  • Support management with reporting 
  • Collect and analyze data on the aircraft manufacturer’s cost of non-quality 
  • Support the creation of future workload forecasts across global sites 
  • Utilize internal and external IT tools, incl. SAP, MS Office, and browser-based applications, for relevant tasks 
  • Promote open communication, a just culture, and quality awareness within the company

Taking Off Together

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in administration or planning function
  • High attention to detail and ability to work thoroughly and accurately
  • University degree with a focus on either IT, business administration or quality or industrial management
  • Fluency in English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for process management, data analysis, and documentation
  • Experience with SAP is plus
  • Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to structure, schedule, and plan complex work processes
  • High problem-solving attitude 
  • Confident, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Willingness to travel on short notice
  • Proactive mindset with creativity, customer centricity and a continuous improvement approach
