Tasks

The activities of the Administrative Intern involve, among others:

Maintain and manage digital filing systems and documentation
Update and control company databases
Process employee records (onboarding and offboarding) in the internal HR system
Prepare reports and administrative documents as required

Requirements

Are you ready to apply? Know more about the requirements below:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related administrative field
At least one year remaining before graduation
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
Strong attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Administrative processes
Basic knowledge of SAP
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Students only (Professional Internship or Social Service eligibility required)
