=Objectives of the Position=- As a customized solution provider, developing Cellasto NVH parts which are meeting the technical requirements and specifications from automotive customers. - Technical responsibility for development projects with Specific OEMs and/ or related Tier 1 customers.- This position requires working very closely with Sales, Product Management, Procurement, QM, QC, Supply Chain, Production and external sub-suppliers.=Main Tasks=[Project Management]- Manage all steps in the development process from specification review to launch of series production. Responsibility for the timeline and milestones, such as 3D part design, sample part manufacturing, internal testing, customer vehicle evaluation, OTS, PPAP and customer approval.[Customer Communication]- Independent communication with customer's engineering team and BASF's supplier base in order to ensure smooth development process until SOP. [Part Development & Design Optimization]- 3D and 2D part design with CAD. Optimizing the part geometry based on simulation, prototype part evaluation results and customer feedback. Passing the production feasibility evaluation.
