Our cluster Digital Banking Solutions delivers client-focused Digital Banking products and services for all channels (online, mobile, branches and our service hotline).

One of these products is PSD2, providing standardized and reliable API to payment accounts. This API provides third parties with an account information services and payment functionality – currently more than 12 million monthly calls, and still climbing. In a greenfield project, our team is building our proprietary PSD2 solution using the modern tech stack, that will allow us to scale the PSD2 features. We are currently looking for a Business Expert with German knowledge to enhance our team in Prague.

Your tasks

Communication with our Third-Party Providers, defect management, e.g. documentation, follow-up, analysis, reporting of occurring errors/faults, coordination of resolution with product team and internal / external stakeholders.
Time to time also creation of user stories, coordination of their implementation and test within the product team in an agile environment.
Coordination of releases and timing of bug fixing, delegation of tasks between developers, testers and application operations.
Design and documentation of processes, standards and workflows ensuring compliance with internal IT governance and regulatory requirements.
Active networking within the bank and close cooperation in cross-functional teams with specialist and technical specialists in Germany and abroad.

Your profile

Main skills:

Communication skills, proactiveness, someone who likes to keep the ball rolling.
Experience in finance, understanding of payments, regulatory requirements (e.g. PSD2).
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, IT Governance.
Basic knowledge of APIs, Rest interfaces, knowledge how API is built, how it works.
Basic knowledge of Databases.

Other skills:

High analytical thinking with attention to details and problem-solving attitude.
Good team player with high ability to work in international teams.
Fluency in English and German – both written and spoken as you will be in daily contact with native and non-native speakers.
