We are building a new (cloud) architecture for our HR platforms and need experts who are well-versed in SAP SuccessFactors and enjoy redesigning and optimizing our processes. In doing so, you will help create an optimal working environment for our employees – for the best time at Commerzbank AG. And you will benefit from it too!
As a specialist in SAP Success Factors, your task is to implement Employee Central Core and other SAP SuccessFactors modules at our international locations as well as in Germany, ensure their operation, and further develop them.
Your tasks
- Administration and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core (including Role-Based Permissions).
- Support in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects and rollouts.
- Conducting workshops with HR departments in the rollout project.
- Processing support requests in 2nd / 3rd level support incl. error analyses, problem resolutions, tests, and compliant production implementation of change requests.
- Internal implementation of the semi-annual SAP Success Factors releases.
- Expansion and improvement of processes in the existing system.
- Coordination with neighboring teams for the further development and stabilization of interfaces and processes (especially between SuccessFactors and SAP R3).
- Technical contact for the Third Party Payroll Provider within the existing IT infrastructure.
- Possible participation in projects for further outsourcing of payroll at international locations.
Your profile
- Know-how in SAP SuccessFactors (ideally with certification in the Employee Central Core).
- Experience in the interaction of various cloud systems, as well as the various SuccessFactors modules.
- Familiarity with H4/S4 is a plus.
- Practical experience in HR implementation projects.
- Ability to abstract, conceptual and analytical thinking, initiative, and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new subject areas.
- High affinity for technologies and openness to agile working methods.
- High performance and customer orientation combined with the ability to change and flexibility.
- Enjoyment of continuous learning even in complex matters.
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken as you will be in daily contact with native and non-native speakers.
