As the Capability Portfolio Manager, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:

  • Identify improvement potentials for the capability portfolio of LTCS in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders especially from local sales, fulfillment, production, and engineering teams
  • Individually manage and supervise capability build up projects in close cooperation with all contributing departments to strengthen LTCS’ position
  • Cost controlling and reporting, identifying trends and root causes to quickly establish counter measures
  • Actively look for product improvements and support the T/CA Product Manager in their work
  • Continuously monitor the effect of the taken measures and steer where necessary to ensure their success, report recurrently to peers, management & stakeholders
  • Gather and process market intelligence
