Ready to start your career in airfreight? As an Office Agent, you'll be responsible for the documentary handling of cargo and mail, ensuring smooth and accurate processing under professional supervision.

Tasks

The Cargo Documentation Agent / Administrative Support is responsible for:

Documentary Acceptances
Shipment Data Capture
Prioritization of Export Build-up and Import Breakdown
Preparation of Export and Import documentation (Manifest, AWBs)
Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
Preparation NOTOC
Close out flight
Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
Customer contact (Notify customer)
Hand over AWB and Docs to customer
Debit charges

Local / Regional Specifics

General Administrative Support
Supply Ordering
Monitoring of various stats including attendance/tardiness.
IT User Admin
Monitoring of training, maintenance of training folders.
Basic accounting functions as backup to Cargo Acctg Agent

* Participate in other duties as assigned

Requirements
