- Retail business performance evaluation & communication via KPIs
- Drive retail sales excellence through implementation of KPIs and business processes
- Analyze the market segment, customers, competitor intelligence
- Support & cooperate with DTK ND in terms of retail standard enhancement activities
- Conduct Parts market evaluation in terms of market share and price competitiveness
Planning & strategy, budget management
- Manage and execute retail key account(dealer) sales strategy.
- Annual retail business planning with individual dealers for the wholesale annual planning including special truck dealers
- Annual CSP dealer bonus & incentive scheme creation & budgeting, communication & execution
- Develop dealer support measures to achieve the planned DTK business objectives
Retail organization quality management
- Manage the growth customer relationship especially Sr. level management of the dealership.
- Consult in the day-to-day follow-ups of the planned strategies and initiatives to achieve retail sales at dealership.
- Develop action plans with each dealer to increase Parts & service sales opportunities, sales growth and conversion rates.
- Analysis of dealer & staff sales performance via retail KPI and setting up of action plan & objectives
- Conduct regular basis dealer visit to identify with the dealer staff to evaluate and rectify needs and issues
- Organize the regular meeting with dealer management for the retail business follow up & communication, updates
Education
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Automotive Engineering.
Experience
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Automotive industry (especially commercial automotive industry)
Specific knowledge
Both excellent Korean & English communication skills in AS business context level
Good communication & negotiation skills
Business overall financial management and Retail Parts Market knowledge
Education
