Your responsibilities at a glance:

  • Strategic analysis, design, and optimization of processes, structures, and regulations
  • Networking and further development of company-wide management systems
  • Leading and contributing to high-visibility cross-departmental projects
  • Close collaboration with departments to identify and implement data-based requirements
  • Further development and support of Business Analytics use cases
  • Building and shaping a modern cloud-based Cargo Data Platform (e.g., Power BI)
  • Ensuring user satisfaction and added value through data products

You bring both technical and strategic thinking and are capable of managing complex projects efficiently.

What you should bring:

  • Completed degree in Business, (Business) Informatics, Natural or Engineering Sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in operating and further developing applications ("DevOps")
  • Solid knowledge of data visualization, BI, data analytics, big data, and data warehousing
  • Understanding of modern data architectures (e.g., Data Mesh, Data Governance)
  • Cloud expertise – ideally with a focus on data-driven applications
  • Experience in agile project work (Scrum) as well as in larger project structures
  • Confident demeanor, team spirit, and high self-initiative
  • Strong organizational skills, conceptual thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent in both German and English
