Product Strategy & Innovation •Define and execute the digital product strategy and roadmap in alignment with ECO’s digital transformation goals. •Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. •Translate business objectives into product features and development priorities. Project & Delivery Management •Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for digital products, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence. •Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, resource plans, risk assessments, and status reports. •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage dependencies and resolve issues proactively. Cross-Functional Collaboration •Work closely with product owners, designers, developers, and QA to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals. •Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches. •Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication and stakeholder alignment. Performance Monitoring & Optimization •Define and track key product and project KPIs to measure success and inform future iterations. •Conduct post-launch reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement. •Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. •Proven experience in digital product management and agile software development. •Strong project management skills, including experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence,… •Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment. •Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. •Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and digital transformation. •Proficiency in English; German or Chinese is a plus.
