Tasks
As a Digitalization Expert (m/f/d) you will design and implement the digital strategy for DT Europe B2C. Your role will be to form a bridge between the individual countries and central digital team: prioritizing digitization initiatives, supporting common development, and enabling achievement of high digital ambitions. In addition, you will be part of special projects looking to bring state of the art digital innovations across DT footprint.
- You will work on setting Digital strategy for Deutsche Telekom Europe
- You will play a bridge between individual countries in DT Europe and central digital teams
- You will support achieving Global scale in digital scale (more common development and less individual development in the countries)
- You will run the prioritization of digital initiatives across all countries in DT Europe
- You will support working groups delivering on the agreed priorities
- You will work on project bringing radical innovation to DT digital platforms
Profile
You have a university degree or a comparable qualification and already have many years of professional experience in the field of Digital.
In addition, you are characterized by the following knowledge and skills:
- Excellent experience in classic and agile forms of cooperation
- Excellent experience in managing strategic/cross-project projects
- Outstanding understanding of digitization and latest trends
