Daimler Truck AuP is looking for a passionate and innovative university graduate to join our team as our 2027 Finance Graduate. Our 2-year Graduate Program will expose you to real jobs, real experiences and on the job learning which will allow you to start your career with confidence, coaching and a platform to demonstrate your academic learnings while building on your business skills. Our Graduate Program:

Our Graduate program is a 2-year program with experiences across three Finance related departments: Accounting, Controlling (Management Accounting) and Tax. There will be additional opportunities for exposure to Data and Business Intelligence, continuous improvement functions as well as working towards business partnering, reporting and presenting financial insights to senior finance leaders. This hands-on role will give you experience in financial analysis, report building and analysis, planning and compliance, while sharpening your technical finance skills and supporting the development of your soft skills. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity be involved in how we modernize and enhance the way we work by leveraging automation and data analytics, and adopting emerging technologies.

A recent or 2026 graduate with a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or similar, you will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and a  deep curiosity and interest in developing and learning. Previous experience in Finance related internships will be highly valued. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong team orientation and a desire to make a meaningful impact.

Your interest in working with large datasets, using key business data to improve business outcomes is essential for success in this environment.

Above all, as you will be working in a small team, you will have a collaborative approach and have a flexible and adaptable attitude to the changing needs of the department.

You will also have a strong desire to pursue a CA or CPA qualification in the future, and be proficient in Excel with a desire to upskill in this area also.
