Tasks

What will you be responsible for?

  • As Head of Business Excellence, you will lead LTLGS's non-digital transformation agenda, embedding operational excellence, continuous improvement and organisational development across the business.
  • You will own the enterprise transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment through Hoshin Kanri, portfolio governance and performance management.
  • Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive Lean-Agile practices, value stream optimisation, innovation initiatives and capability development.
  • The role is responsible for establishing a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing organisational maturity through recognised excellence frameworks, and delivering measurable business results through sustainable transformation.

Requirements

What you’ll need?

  • MBA or equivalent in Business Administration combined with an engineering degree, ideally in aerospace or a related field
  • Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent); additional Lean certifications advantageous
  • 10+ years' experience in operational excellence, business transformation or management consulting
  • Proven success leading Lean transformation and portfolio management in complex, regulated environments
  • Strong expertise in Lean-Agile methods, value stream management, Hoshin Kanri and change leadership
  • Experience within aerospace, MRO, manufacturing or technology sectors preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to coach leaders and teams at all organisational levels and drive cultural change
  • Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage 
  • Employment type: two-year fixed-term contract
