Tasks

For the time being your focus will be on employee lifecycle transitions (e.g. recruiting, onboarding, entry/ exit management). You will closely work together with and steer our HR service provider. Besides that, you will contribute across the full employee lifecycle:

  • Advise leadership and support employees on selected topics
  • Process key HR topics (e.g. employer branding, recruiting, entry/ exit management)
  • Contribute to policies and guidelines
  • Manage personnel transfers and reorganizations (incl. stakeholder communication)
  • Steer internal and external HR service providers
  • Perform other tasks and/ or projects, as assigned
  • Give functional guidance to (vocational) trainees, working students and interns

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ relevant professional experience, preferably in psychology, economics, social sciences, or humanities with an HR focus
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Solid analytical skills and problem-solving abilities in a complex environment
  • Computer literate (e.g. MS Office, HR IT core data systems)
  • Comfortable with business travel
