Your responsibilities:
- Tests and evaluates integrated systems for managing manufacturing processes, uses analysis of human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics, material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination.
- In collaboration with production leaders and personnel, coordinates continuous improvement/lean initiatives for all KHS facilities in alignment with KHS GmbH programs.
- Facilitates work teams to make production operations more efficient and profitable; tracks process improvement strategies, objectives, milestones, and metrics.
- Reviews production schedules, work orders, engineering specifications, and related information to estimate manufacturing costs, design cost saving methods, and determine the effects of process changes on costs and quality; provides reports for management review, action, and control.
- Creation and maintenance of work instructions
- Works to reduce working capital by implementing methods and systems to ensure a more effective and efficient level of inventory.
- Communicates best practices throughout the organization.

Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
- One to five years of experience in an FDA-regulated food, beverage, chemical, or industrial packaging/processing environment—or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Familiarity with process optimization tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
