We offer you an exciting internship in the area of Sales Development & Volume Planning for the MINI brand. You will support innovative business areas, explore new trends in the automotive sector, and contribute to their development through to final implementation.

What awaits you?

  • You support the team in developing and implementing concepts to sustainably lead the MINI brand into the future, such as in the area of electrification.
  • Additionally, you accompany analyses and recommendations for action at a national and international level, communicating worldwide with sales contacts.
  • You actively contribute to the design of new processes and assist in steering monthly production, wholesale, and retail planning for MINI.
  • Preparing opportunity and risk analyses based on market development, competitive environment, and external conditions is part of your role.
  • You create presentation documents for board and management meetings, focusing on the current sales situation and performance.

What should you bring along?

  • Studies in economics, industrial engineering, data science, or a comparable field.
  • Completed basic bachelor’s degree or master’s degree.
  • Affinity for the automotive industry, including knowledge of the market, segments, and competitors.
  • Initial practical experience in sales, marketing, and project management is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (including VBA and PowerQuery) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
  • Fluency in German and English.
