- Help optimize and manage HR IT tools and processes, identifying opportunities to streamline or enhance user experiences
- Drive automation initiatives using tools like Power Automate, Power Query, or Python to improve HR processes and workflows
- Support in the research and design of AI use cases within HR and creating business cases
- Support project management activities, including documentation, coordination, and progress tracking across various initiatives
- Contribute to the planning, facilitation, and follow-up of workshops and meetings, both virtual and in-person
- Take part in Agile routines (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning) and support Agile roles in the team
- Create presentations and collaborative documents using tools like PowerPoint and Miro
- Present your work, findings, and insights to team members and stakeholders
You are studying Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Engineering or a comparable degree program or are in your gap year. In addition you have the following knowledge and skills:
- Interest in digital tools, HR innovation, and process optimization
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate, Power Query) is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methods and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Miro)
- Analytical, organized, and strong communicator
- Proactive team player with a hands-on mentality
- Business fluent in English, spoken and written
