During your internship, you will help shape the future of learning in aviation - at the interface of innovation, digitalization and strategic product management. You will gain exciting insights into modern learning technologies, training concepts and their commercial implementation.

Digitalization and innovation

  • Researching and evaluating innovative training methods and technologies (e.g. VR)
  • Identification and initial contact with potential technology partners as well as involvement in the evaluation and conception of new partnerships
  • Supporting internal communication and the introduction of new training solutions
  • Creation of media for the implementation of new technologies (e.g. presentations, documents)

Product management

  • Carrying out business evaluations (e.g. profitability analyses)
  • Participation in the development of cooperation models (e.g. business plans, concept documents)
  • Supporting the further development of training programs in collaboration with specialist departments
  • Participation in the planning and implementation of workshops

LTT - your entry into the world of aviation

Lufthansa Technical Training specializes in the training and further education of aviation personnel worldwide. With modern learning methods and international expertise, we qualify specialists for the aviation of tomorrow.

Gain practical experience at LTT

For 3 to 6 months you will support our team at the Lufthansa Aviation Training Center at Frankfurt Airport - with a focus on digitalization, modern learning formats and product management. Play an active role in shaping the learning world of tomorrow.

To complete an internship with us, you should ideally be studying for a Master's degree or at least in the 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree and be enrolled for the entire internship - as part of a voluntary or compulsory internship.

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and in the case of a mandatory or mixed internship, written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • At least in the 4th semester of the Bachelor's degree or already in the Master's degree
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Structured, independent and flexible way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and initiative
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
