Internship Revenue Management

The Revenue Management department is responsible for optimizing revenue from flights to and from Munich. By analyzing important key figures, demand and revenue forecasts are prepared and control strategies are developed and implemented in order to achieve Lufthansa's economic goals. In cooperation with the interfaces, we work on the optimal marketing of capacities.

You will gain a good insight into the tasks of Lufthansa Revenue Management and support our teams in the following tasks:

  • Creation and further development of cross-team reports as a decision-making basis for setting control parameters
  • Support in the analysis of key revenue figures and booking behavior
  • Assistance in the implementation of revenue management projects
  • Analyzing and deriving demand forecasts
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Supporting the teams in day-to-day business

The internship is scheduled to start in January 2026 for 6 months. The internship is remunerated.

At the time of the internship, you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in economics, business informatics, mathematics or a comparable course.

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking and abstraction skills
  • Routine use of MS Office applications and advanced knowledge of Excel
  • High affinity for numbers
  • Ability to work in a team and communication skills
