We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst (m/f/d) with expertise in Securities Services (Middle Office, Back Office). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT solution design supporting Securities Services (Middle Office, Back Office). You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing IT solutions for post-trade securities processing while ensuring compliance with regulations.


What you can expect from us

  • Provide expertise in securities settlement / back office processes
  • Act as a bridge between IT teams and business users, translating regulatory and operational requirements into IT solutions.
  • Define functional requirements for securities processing platforms and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Define system workflows for securities back-office platforms.
  • Support the enhancement and automation of booking, settlement, and reconciliation workflows.
  • Provide expertise on corporate action processing (voluntary & mandatory events), ensuring accurate bookings and entitlements
  • Analyze Business requirements & existing applications and translate this into detailed functional specification.
  • Work closely with Business and development teams to implement new features, APIs, and automation.
  • Ensure seamless integration with external systems, custodians, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support testing, UAT, and go-live and post go-live phases for securities processing systems

What we expect from you

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Business Expertise Securities Back Office
  • Deep understanding of one or more of the following Securities Services: Tax processing, corporate actions, custody and booking, reconciliation, accounting, regulatory reporting, settlements
  • strong stakeholdre management skills, ability to work with IT, operations, compliance and external service providers
  • Fluent in English and German
  • University degree in Finance, IT or equivalent professional qualification
