copperdot is expanding its businesses to the US. We are looking for a Key Account Manager - Outside Sales to support our growth by executing on strategy, engaging and building relationships with potential customers, and win new business.


Your tasks

In the Key Account Manager - Outside Sales role, the ideal candidate will be able to perform the follow the following but is not limited to: 

  • Define action plans and execute strategies to generate leads within targeted customer segments.
  • Qualify leads, engage potential clients, and manage RFQs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and technical team
  • Foster long-term relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the global team, both in the EU and Asia, to align and execute regional sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with international teams to align on and execute regional sales strategies.
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales (PCB or electronics industry experience is preferred).
  • Ability to make independent decisions, including handling complex topics and managing escalations.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with the team and clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • User-centricity and an agile (Build-Measure-Learn) mindset.
