Tasks

What you'll do:

Lead airport station operations, ensuring safety, security, service quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time performance
Drive customer-centric service delivery, premium passenger handling, complaint resolution, and operational excellence

Monitor and improve operational processes, manage irregular operations, contingency planning, special flights, and stakeholder communication
Oversee service providers, ensure SLA compliance, conduct quality reviews, and achieve operational KPIs and safety targets
Manage station budgets, cost controls, revenue opportunities, contract administration, and invoice approvals
Ensure compliance with safety management systems, ground operations manuals, emergency response plans, and regulatory requirements
Lead, develop, and motivate teams through workforce planning, training, performance management, and talent development
Coordinate with airlines, airport authorities, government agencies, and business partners to support operational and commercial objectives

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 3 years of experience in airline, airport, or ground operations, including demonstrated leadership and team management experience
Must possess legal work permit in Malaysia
Strong command of English, both written and spoken
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic operational environment
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness and ability to travel as required
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work under pressure and manage operational irregularities effectively
