We are looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to join our Petrochemicals team in Freeport, TX.

As a Maintenance Scheduler you will work with Operations and Maintenance to develop weekly routine maintenance schedules to be executed by the maintenance team. This role also communicates any deviations from the planned maintenance schedule. 

During your shift as a Maintenance Scheduler, you will

 

  • Facilitate weekly scheduling meeting with Production and Maintenance for resource balancing to ensure job schedules meet the time requirements of production. 
  • Develop weekly resource multi-craft schedule based upon negotiated production unit priorities and current business environment. 
  • Validate daily schedule (from weekly schedule) including afternoon check-in with production and others as well as the status of current day and confirmation of tomorrow. 
  • Monitor, track and publish weekly schedule compliance and results. 
  • Create outage schedules in SAP, Excel or P6 Primavera depending on outage size and complexity. 

If you...

 

  • Have a minimum of 10 years of plant maintenance work experience 
  • Possess 5 years of experience as a plant maintenance planner or scheduler (preferred).
  • Are knowledgable in SAP and scheduling. 
  • Are experienced and knowledgeable in scheduling in P6 Primavera (preferred).
