We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to join the Daimler Truck Consulting International (DTCI) team. In this role, you will lead strategic projects in various business units across Daimler Truck world, conceptualizing and implementing technology-driven business solutions to drive competitive advantage and organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver high-quality outcomes and enable impactful business change.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Leadership & Implementation: Manage and execute strategic transformation projects independently for Daimler Truck's internal customers, focusing on high-quality, timely delivery. Spearhead initiatives to achieve key milestones and enable business transformation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key business stakeholders to develop and implement strategic projects. Establish objectives, governance mechanisms, and KPIs in collaboration with project teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide project management, analytical insights, and research expertise to guide business decisions. Develop visual reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and support data-driven improvements.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency within manufacturing and indirect areas, implementing Lean methodologies and creating processes and procedures to streamline operations.
- Business Improvement: Drive business improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is recommended; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Preferred 4+ years of work experience in the automotive or related fields.

- Practical experience with digital tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Power Apps, facilitating data-driven insights and process optimization.
- Fast learner and collaborative team player, adaptable to dynamic environments and skilled in working with diverse teams.
