Main responsibilities

 

Channel development:

  • Plan together with local dealer and sub dealer on capturing market opportunities.
  • Identify new channel and channel partners that can help to expand new crops or applications.
  • Manage and run a key farmer and sub dealer campaigns in order to capture higher market share.
  • Maintain a sufficient amount of sub dealer in order to cover at least 70% of development area.

 

Market expansion:

  • Conduct demand generation activities (such as demonstration, field days, farmer visits) in identified market.
  • Launch products in new crops and new market segments.
  • Lead and support local promoters in implementing pull/push strategies.

 

Collaboration:

  • Lead and support local promoters in implementing pull/push strategies.
  • Provide marketing manager a monthly plan and weekly report of all activities.
  • In charge of the distribution of promotion materials to local promoters and ensure the region have sufficient materials for their activities and to meet other needs.
  • Provide area sales manager a monthly plan and weekly report of all activities.

 

Stewardship:

  • Conduct product stewardship activities to ensure proper and safe use of crop protection products.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Agriculture.
  • 1-2 year experiences in field activities, demo, push and pull activities at all customer level (dealer, sub-dealer, and farmer).
  • Reliable, hardworking, good communication skills and being able to travel up country.
  • Initiative and understanding of the market.
  • Understanding of agrochemistry and crop systems.
  • Have own car and driving license.
