Objectives:•To drive the implementation of P&SS strategy to achieve the business and market share growth.•To develop short, mid and long-term based PSS strategy, manage the portfolio pipeline, including Life Cycle Management, align with global and regional P&SS strategy, to maximize product value & drive growth. •To develop, manage and implement yearly PSS brand / product campaigns, ASP plans, to effectively achieve yearly budget and profit targets.•Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to interpret evolving regulations (e.g., pesticide laws), to ensure compliance of all marketing assets.•Drive supply chain coordination and inventory management for sales efficiency.•Assist P&SS business mgr. for managing monthly business reviews and closely follow financial and non-financial KPIs.Main Tasks:•Lead market intelligence analysis and strategic planning for China's insecticide market in Urban Pest Control, Rural Hygiene, Home & Garden (H&G) segments, implement strategy to achieve the business targets.•Constantly build & maintain P&SS portfolio in view of market trend, product life cycle and global & regional strategy to ensure sustainability of product pipeline.•Drive new product launches and optimize portfolios to maximize market share through strategic execution.•Be responsible for long term planning 10-year P&SS forecast as well as market trends for P&SS.•Lead monthly sales forecast management and supply plan coordination, aligning cross-functional teams.•Develop key P&SS brand/ segment plans as well as innovative marketing campaign programs to support sales team achieving short term financial-target and long- term strategic growth goals.•Drive targeted marketing strategies from planning to execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational excellence •Partner with legal and regulatory team to decode evolving regulations to ensure 100% compliance for all marketing assets. •Align with Stewardship manager to embed sustainability into daily operations.•Education: Bachelor's degree or above•Working Experience: Minimum 10 years working experience, and 5 years direct experience of marketing job like brand management, product marketing, channel management and go-to-market strategy.
