We are looking for an experienced team player who is responsible for the excellent communication and working relationship between Spairliners and MRO's.

 

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) parts, materials, and services
  • Optimize contracts to achieve cost efficiency and reliability
  • Mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and supplier diversification
  • Manage the full lifecycle of MRO contracts from negotiation to renewal and termination
  • Oversee and maintain relationships with the MRO supplier base
  • Implement supplier performance programs to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and reduce costs
  • Generate insightful reports to support decision-making and strategy development
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement

  • Completed relevant studies or training in the field
  • 5-8 years of work experience in Procurement and Contract Management in the Aircraft Component Support business or in the aviation MRO industry
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office), SAP is a plus
  • English business level skills, other language skills e.g., German or French are welcome
  • High professional commitment and an international mindset
  • Willingness to travel
