Bachelor’s degree in communication, business administration or automotive engineering
Experience
Min. 10years of experience in marketing communication, business management or automobile industry preferable
Knowledge of automobile structure and system
knowledge in service marketing
Knowledge of Truck service center operation and its process
Specific knowledge
Excellent communication skills in Korean and English
Good understanding of financial analysis
Good skill in Microsoft office programs
Good conflict management skills
Excellent task management skills
Profound understanding of business structure of aftersales service in different levels of retail, wholesale
