Service Product Promotion/Campaign Planning & Operation

  • Set up the strategy of parts promotion & campaign and lead the execution with cooperation of service centers
  • Forecast parts revenue & profit for parts promotion & campaign and reflect the financial effect into business planning
  • Performance management for service centers by setting up the incentive & Bonus scheme for Promotion/Campaign
  • Lead the communication strategy with cooperation of marketing div.
  • Discuss and align the plan with relevant stakeholders including DTK management, related team managers and external business partners
  • Budget control for parts discount and performance incentive for service dealers

Analysis for Promotion/Campaign plan/strategy

  • Analyze the service product, parts price levels, channels and customer information in the market to maximize the result of parts promotion
  • Create focus parts list and set up discount structure for parts sales promotion based on the market research & data analysis
  • Lead the business discussion with service business partners to set up promotion items and identify the market trend and customer needs

Retail strategy for parts promotion & campaign operation in Service Network 

  • Set-up retail strategy for the parts promotion & campaign in service network and perform the on-site consulting at service centers
  • Manage the service center KPIs as to parts sales and promotion performance 
  • Set up counter measure to improve sales performance based on the analysis

CSP Application operation (Xentry)

  • Operation Xentry Portal & Xentry Diagnosis(Pricing/Invoicing & Claim/Coordination HQ w/Service dealer & Independent service provider)

Managing technical documentation (Truck/Unimog)

  • Make sure of relevancy of data & contents in the technical document in CSP application including language translation and control third parties to produce technical documentation
  • Make sure of relevancy of data & contents in the owner’s manual including language translation & technical data and control third parties to produce technical documentation

Education

Bachelor’s degree in communication, business administration or automotive engineering

Experience 

Min. 10years of experience in marketing communication, business management or automobile industry preferable

Knowledge of automobile structure and system

knowledge in service marketing

Knowledge of Truck service center operation and its process

Specific knowledge

Excellent communication skills in Korean and English

Good understanding of financial analysis

Good skill in Microsoft office programs

Good conflict management skills

Excellent task management skills

Profound understanding of business structure of aftersales service in different levels of retail, wholesale

Education
