Principal Product Manager - Enterprise Connectivity (all genders)

As a Principal Product Manager (all genders) for Enterprise Connectivity, you will own the full product lifecycle—from vision and strategy to execution and delivery.

You will champion user needs while aligning with business goals, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your focus will be on strategic leadership, stakeholder alignment, agile delivery, and continuous product innovation. This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence both what we build and how we build it.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across its entire lifecycle
You engage stakeholders to understand needs and ensure your product delivers measurable value
You translate business goals into user stories, plan agile iterations, and lead backlog prioritization
You drive product discovery, leveraging user insights and Design Thinking to shape solutions
You oversee progress against 90-day goals, managing budget and product performance metrics
You balance competing inputs and make informed trade-offs to keep delivery aligned with outcomes
You ensure product compliance, availability, and stability in collaboration with key functions
You foster strong collaboration across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams

WHO YOU ARE

You bring a relevant degree/qualification in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field; alternatively, equivalent hands-on experience in driving end-to-end product lifecycle and financial oversight
You have extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record in strategic planning, delivery, and managing financial responsibilities
You contribute a deep understanding of enterprise connectivity, network architecture and networking technologies, with hands-on experience or familiarity with Cisco, HP (Aruba), Juniper, and related infrastructure solutions
You demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations
You are skilled in leading agile product development processes, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery
Your experience in user research, data-driven decision-making, backlog grooming, and product discovery using Design Thinking methodologies is evident
You are a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; able to engage effectively with users, technical teams, and senior leadership
You speak and write English fluently; understanding of German is a plus
