Tasks

About the role

You will gain hands-on experience in supplier and contract administration, maintaining procurement data and documentation, coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and ensuring procurement processes are completed efficiently and accurately.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn how Procurement supports business operations while contributing to real activities that make a difference.

No prior Procurement experience is required. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, take ownership, and gain hands-on experience in an international business environment.

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Student of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Availability of at least 120 hours/month
  • Very good command of English (C1); German is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with documents and data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable reaching out to stakeholders and following up
  • Ability to follow procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of an international team

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office, customer service, or internship role
  • Experience working with procurement systems.
  • Interest in Procurement, Operations, Process Management, or Supplier Management
  • Basic analytical skills and willingness to learn reporting and data analysis
