Tasks

As the Project Manager Production Capabilities, you will perform the following duties:

Independently manage approved iMRO projects including all tasks of the execution phase, e.g. managing time, cost & quality, perform reporting, lead project team
Take project ideas for new projects and perform the project planning in close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders in accordance to effective company standards towards approval decision by management
Close projects and support the implementation of the project result as necessary
Conduct lessons learned workshops and use the result for the development and continuous improvement of the project management standards at LTCS
Collaborate and exchange with project managers at SG ACS as well as LHT group-wide on best practices etc.

Requirements

You must fulfill the following requirements:

High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor’s degree desirable
5+ years in project management in industry required
Fluency in English language required
Knowledge in Project management, aerospace industry experience desirable
MS Office, SAP, project & task management software as user
