As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll drive revenue and market share growth in the Life Sciences sector by developing new target accounts and expanding key customer relationships across the Americas. Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Drive commercial growth by promoting emergency logistics solutions across North America
  • Manage full sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, solution development, and contract negotiation
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new accounts while expanding existing customer relationships
  • Align regional sales strategies with global directives and market insights
  • Collaborate with internal and international teams on account planning, proposals, and marketing initiatives
  • Represent time:matters at industry events, trade shows, and during regular customer visits
  • Monitor performance, manage budgets, and maintain accurate forecasts in CRM
  • Contribute to product and service improvements based on customer and market feedback

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree desirable
  • 2+ years in logistics sales or freight forwarding for Life Sciences
  • 5+ years in enterprise sales with six-figure deal success
  • Fluent in English
  • German and Spanish language skills desirable
  • Strong knowledge of transport supply chains and logistics processes
  • Airfreight, US cargo, and international customs knowledge desirable
  • Skilled in cargo and airfreight sales management
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, customer orientation, and professionalism
  • Must have U.S. work permit and valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel and complete assessment screening
