We sustain the adoption of SAP software and ensure that our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate and operate their software, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem solving and knowledge transfer.
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Your role involves delivery of technical and application services within customer engagements. You need very good skills and capabilities in one of the following areas:
a) SAP’s Environment Health and Safety (EH&S) and Sustainability applications
or
b) Solution architect experience in Supply Chain Planning (S/4HANA PPDS, IBP, Advanced ATP), Production Planning or Retail
Additionally, we expect that you are a decent problem solver with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. According to your experience, strengths, and customer needs, you will conduct some of the following tasks:
Analyze highly complex business processes including root cause analysis and optimization in heterogenous system landscapes.
Together with other colleagues deliver remote and onsite services for global customers supporting with system optimization, conceptual planning as well as empowering the customers with newest best practice knowledge. Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
Analyze, design and implement approaches in at least one of the solution areas mentioned above.
