We are looking for a Senior Employer Branding Specialist to join our team who is passionate about employer branding. Your role will involve not only communicating with our various departments at Commerzbank and colleagues directly from IT and business but also develop, implement and execute strategies that attract and retain top talents. You will actively contribute to employer branding activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity, employer branding know-how and talent attraction insights to communicate our company's culture, values, and vision effectively.

Your tasks

Employer Brand Strategy: Co-Develop, implement, and continuously improve employer branding strategies to attract top talent, align with business and HR goals, and differentiate Commerzbank in the competitive job market.
Content Creation: Create and curate compelling content that reflects the company’s culture, values, and mission. This may include blog posts, social media content, employee stories, and other marketing materials.
Social Media Management: Oversee and enhance Commerzbank social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other recruitment-focused platforms. Foster engagement with current and potential employees.
Employee Advocacy: Collaborate with internal teams to encourage employees to share their positive experiences and become brand ambassadors.
Recruitment Marketing: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns that highlight Commerzbank as an employer of choice.
Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to refine and improve strategies.
Partnerships and Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with universities, industry events to promote Commerzbank employer brand. Coordinate employer branding events such as job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events. Represent the company at industry events and career fairs.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

- years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or related marketing/communications roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employer branding trends.
- Expertise in social media platforms, content marketing, and employer review sites.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing software for content creation (preferred).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools for tracking employer branding performance (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments, build relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading projects and managing external vendors or agencies.
