Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Design: You develop and drive the global Leadership Development (LD) strategy, aligned with business goals and future capability needs and design and implement transformational learning journeys that foster leadership growth at all levels, from emerging leaders to executives. Additionally, you integrate innovative learning methodologies, digital tools, and behavioral science into LD programs.
- Project Leadership: You lead complex, high-impact LD initiatives across regions and functions, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes and you manage project teams composed of internal experts, external partners, and cross-functional contributors.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You build strong relationships with senior leaders, HR business partners, and external vendors and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive management and board members. Furthermore, you facilitate workshops, leadership forums, and planning sessions.
- Future Leadership: You demonstrate the potential and readiness to step into a leadership role within the department, contributing to its strategic direction and growth. You mentor and coach team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
You excel in
- Education
- Masters Degree in organizational development, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience & Skills
- Long-term experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development, with a consistent track record in leading global, strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating transformational leadership programs, including executive-level learning journeys
- Experience in leading teams, coaching and mentoring team members
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, interdisciplinary, and international project teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage executive leadership and board-level
- Ways of working
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across diverse cultural and organizational contexts.
- Languages
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
