As Senior Manager Sales (m/f/d), you will be the driving force behind our B2B and B2C commercial performance, leading key partnerships, shaping sales strategy, and ensuring strong revenue delivery across all distribution channels

Drive sales performance and revenue growth across all channels
Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies
Lead and manage key partnerships (Tour Operators, Agencies, OTAs, GSAs, airline partners)
Own and close high-impact negotiations and contracts
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Lead cross-functional projects to optimize sales processes
Act as key interface between internal teams and external partners
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings

Requirements

University degree in Business, Aviation, or related field
Strong experience in airline / travel / B2B commercial environment
Proven track record in negotiation, contracting, and key account management
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with execution focus
Excellent English and German communication skills
High level of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
