Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

Manage and coordinate the creation of offers and contracts for airline scheduling products, focusing on large, complex airline clients

Collaborate closely with sales, central, and production departments
Analyze customer requirements and consult in defining and negotiating contracts (scope, modules, services, Service Level Agreements-SLAs, project plans, delivery, acceptance)
Coordinate pricing and negotiation margins with Sales, ensuring alignment with strategy
Present products to customers at sites, forums, trade fairs, and conferences
Independently create and maintain the Product Sales Kit and related documentation
Support Product Marketing Managers in developing marketing materials and content
Assist in creating business plans and analyzing market and competition
Organize and conduct user forums, product training, and events
Onboard new Product Consultants and handle special tasks as assigned

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Product Consultant or customer/product-facing role
Strong knowledge of airline scheduling and slot management

Excellent understanding of airline operations, industry regulations, organizational structures, and IT systems
Experience with Lufthansa Systems solutions (NetLine Sched, NetLine Slot, or SchedConnect) is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams
Self-motivated, resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Intercultural awareness and willingness to travel internationally as required
Aptitude or psychometric assessment may be required as part of the selection process
