We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner for the OPS Heartbeat Program — a strategic initiative designed to transform operational excellence. In this role you’ll be responsible for one working stream (Aircraft) by delivering high impact initiatives that improve both our customers’ experience as well as our internal processes.

In this role you’ll be responsible for one working stream (Aircraft) by delivering high impact initiatives that improve both our customers’ experience as well as our internal processes.

Tasks

What you'll do

  • Shape the vision and roadmap for your product in close collaboration with the stream lead (Aircraft)
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to thoroughly analyze existing processes, pinpoint improvement areas, and design actionable solutions
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Engineers to develop scalable solutions and products that leverage complex, large-scale data, data science, and AI techniques to improve operational efficiency and optimization
  • Independently write user stories to build up awell-structured product backlog that translate operational needs into action 
  • Prioritize effectively, ensuring the backlog aligns with strategic goals and delivers maximum value to the company
  • Lead cross-functional teams through lateral leadership

Requirements

What you'll need

  • At least 5 years’ experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager
  • In depth experience in developing digital (data and AI) products that drive impact
  • Familiarity working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Experience writing user stories to build up a product backlog
  • Experience with operational processes in an airline are a plus
  • Fluent business English skills (written and spoken)
