JOIN THE TEAM
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Core Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement solutions leveraging ServiceNow Discovery and Operational Technology (OT) modules. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in enabling efficient IT operations and asset management by utilizing ServiceNow's robust capabilities.If you are passionate about cutting-edge ITSM and OT technologies and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
ServiceNow Discovery
- Configure, and optimize ServiceNow Discovery to ensure accurate and efficient discovery of infrastructure, applications, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain patterns, probes, and sensors to improve discovery accuracy and coverage across IT and OT environments.
- Implement and manage MID Servers for connectivity with diverse infrastructure components.
Operational Technology Solutions
- Implement ServiceNow Operational Technology Management solutions to manage and monitor non-IT assets such as IoT devices, SCADA systems, and industrial equipment.
- Integrate ServiceNow OT with existing processes and ServiceNow functionalities.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Degree in Computer Science, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable field
- 1 to 2 years working experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- Hands-on experience with Operational Technology (OT) Management, CMDB or discovery in ServiceNow is a plus.
- Experience in Cloud environments will be considered (Azure, AWS, ecc)
- Experience in managing MID Servers and resolving related issues.
- Good knowledge of IT processes and related activities
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must.
