WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our Digital Delivery team, which is part of our Digitalization & IT organization, we are looking for a Specialist IT Vendor Management. We are setting this up as a new function in our business, focusing on providing the right capabilities to our business partners and optimizing our supplier portfolio. 

• As Specialist IT Vendor Management, you play a key role in designing the foundational processes, tools, and governance mechanisms.
• Therefore, you design and implement core vendor management structures, including central contract and vendor registers, lifecycle governance and renewal tracking and SLA obligations.
• You act as primary expert for vendor contract structures and legal interface, preparing vendor dossiers for strategic renewals, terminations, as well as transitions and defining frameworks for risk assessment, audit rights, and compliance obligations.
• Furthermore, you support cost-benefit evaluations and strategic vendor decisions (e.g. consolidation, rationalization, or make-or-buy).
• You collaborate with the procurement, IT, controlling, and legal department to align vendor processes.
• Last but not least, you contribute your expertise in a collaborative, non-hierarchical team working with three colleagues who bring strong digital backgrounds and focus on relationship/process orchestration as well as performance/automation.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed university degree in business administration, IT management, law or a related field
• at least three years of experience in IT vendor management, contract lifecycle management, sourcing, or related functions
• familiarity with software licensing models (SaaS, On-Prem, subscription, perpetual), data protection clauses, and standard IT contract terms
• proven ability to structure vendor governance and advise across teams (IT, legal, procurement, finance)
• excellent organizational skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
• strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
