As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsabilities, incluiding:

Tasks

  • Coordinate disposition status and urgencies with production and ensure communication with customer service and production
  • Edit and solve clarification cases.Initiate and coordinate the necessary steps with the appropriate vendors for troubleshooting.
  • Determine and check storage locations, supply times and degrees
  • Ensure material availability and adjust parameters, master and reference data
  • Identification of structural optimization potentials in the material supply chain and dissemination of knowledge to supply chain management
  • Support selection of suppliers in collaboration with strategic and operational purchasing and ensure participation in advantageous material deals

 * All other duties as assigned or required by the Head of MES Customer Services Americas TUL

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • 5 years of experience related in Supply Chain Management
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German language desirable 
  • MS Office as user
  • Excellent analytical skills
