We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Sparks, GA.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to be responsible for developing a production schedule to allow for optimal plant efficiency to meet customer requirements while making safety and quality a priority.  

As a Supply Chain Planner, you create chemistry by...

 

  • Completing finite planning in SAP/APO to develop production schedules to allow for optimal plant efficiency.
  • Ensuring timely raw material and packaging procurement and adequate inventory maintenance to meet operational needs.
  • Monitoring supply chain key performance indicators (KPI’s) and providing feedback for improvement opportunities.
  • Investigating non conformances (NCM) related to supply chain operations/planning and working with suppliers to improve the issues.
  • Monitoring dysfunctional inventory and communicating reduction opportunities.
  • Recording production postings and inventory reconciliations in SAP.
  • Entering management of change (MOC) for relabel projects to reduce on hand inventories.
  • Coordinating raw material, packaging, and master data set up for new product launches.
  • Supporting a safety and quality mindset.
  • Supporting in other duties as deemed necessary.

If you...

 

  • Have a High School diploma or GED. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Possess at least 4 years of experience in a supply chain planner position or related manufacturing scheduling experience.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Are safety, quality and task oriented.
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team or individually.
  • Display excellent time management skills.
  • Have knowledge of SAP or another MRP system.
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
