  • Acts as a disciplinary und functional Lufthansa Technik Procurement & Supply Management Team Leader
  • Provides guidance, feedback and mentorship to team-members on routine and non-routine tasks and develops their skills in analysis, problem resolution, coordination and workload management
  • Enhances a positive and constructive team environment by being a good example for the team
  • Is a member of the global contracted MRO operations network within the Center of Excellence Operative Procurement
  • Is a member of the International Leadership team
  • Executes and enhances a quality process to monitor the performance of the functions integrated into the team by establishing key performance indicators or common error report
  • Supports the continuous development and improvement of performed activities

  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Engineering or equivalent
  • First Leadership experience including relevant social competences
  • Experience in purchasing, logistics, engineering or similar
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Team spirit, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
  • High level of service and customer orientation
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent command of English. German language skills are considered as an advantage
  • Expert Skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft products
  • Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis
