You'll make an impact by
- You are currently successfully studying mathematics, physics, computer science or a related field and are looking to apply your knowledge in a pioneering Master's thesis project
- In the first phase, you explore the transformative potential of Quantum Computing within industrial Simulation and Digital Twin technologies by conducting literature reviews and analyzing recent developments
- Building on your research, you investigate quantum advantage in simulations, develop integration strategies for Quantum Computing in Digital Twins, and assess the potential impact on specific industries
- Throughout the thesis, you translate theoretical insights into practical concepts, programming models and prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and industrial relevance of your findings

- Education: You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in physics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- You have a strong background in mathematics and/or physics
- You possess programming skills, ideally in Python or similar languages
- You have a keen interest in quantum computing, simulation, and digital twin applications
- Ways of Working: You are highly motivated, analytical, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment
- Languages: You have excellent English language skills
